producing more, being everywhere, pushing through at any cost.
Like many creative entrepreneurs, I kept giving — my energy, my time, my drive — hoping vision and effort alone would carry me forward.
But I was burning out without truly seeing it.
Exhausted, yet too deep in the grind to notice.
Before celebrating a single victory, my mind was already whispering:
“Okay, it’s cool… but what’s next?”
And just when everything should have expanded for the brand,
the universe said "stop!"
The Body Speaks When the Soul Is Ignored
For months, my body had been sending signals I refused to hear.
Life imposed the pause I would not take myself.
I learned that when a woman ignores the needs of her body and her soul, she accumulates an energetic debt.
The body always speaks last — and the loudest:
“You asked me to stay in my Yang for too long.
Now I’m reclaiming my Yin.”
That forced stillness brought me back to the center of myself.
It stripped away everything I performed for society, family, or identity.
And I finally had to face the questions I had avoided:

Who am I without my brand, my work, my accomplishments?
Who am I without the roles I use to survive?

I began hearing my inner voice again — not the one fighting to prove something, not the one driven by survival, but the one that knew.During that time, I committed to deep shadow work.I emptied what no longer belonged to me.I invested in my healing journey — energy healing sessions, learning,intospection, masterclasses.I finally looked at myself with no mask, no justification, no performance.This journey was not pretty.It was beautiful and brutal at the same time — a descent into wounds, trauma, and transgenerational memory.It takes courage to let yourself be pierced by what you avoided, and even more courage to transmute darkness into light.But we are all capable of it.And doing this work is the highest form of self-love, because no one can or have to do it for us.
The Seed — How FULL YIN ENERGY Found Me
One night, an image came to me: a patterned dress I was working on made me think about the yin-yang symbol.
This led me to reflect about this symbol — the meaning, the frequency and the vibration behind.
That is where the concept of Full Yin Energy was born.
At the moment the idea found me, I did not yet understand how deeply it echoed what I was living internally.
It is only with today's distance that I see it clearly:
the Yin was returning to reorient my life.
And I discovered that this universal symbol, often simplified or commercialized, held far more depth than I can imagined.
Why Yin — The Forgotten Power
In ancient Taoist traditions, Yin represents:
• the feminine
• the moon
• rest
• intuition
• the unseen
• depth
• fertile silence
It is not weakness.
It is a magnetic, creative, sovereign force.
I realized everything I had lost, sacrificed, or broken came from abandoning my Yin.
And when I surrendered to it again, Yin rebuilt me from within.
It became the foundation of everything that followed.
